We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to represent our Kraków office. You will be the initial contact for clients, guests, and staff, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and smooth office atmosphere. Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees to create a positive first impression
  • Manage front desk duties and ensure smooth reception operations
  • Handle administrative invoice processing and document management
  • Manage postage and shipping tasks efficiently
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Oversee the ticketing system and ensure prompt handling of requests
  • Maintain compliance with physical security policies and procedures
  • Work with Events & Marketing teams to coordinate events and meetings
  • Organize office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with landlords and service providers
  • Arrange taxi services and coordinate conference room reservations
  • Keep the office stocked with necessary supplies
  • Supervise cleaning and security services to maintain safety and cleanliness
Requirements
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and capable of working independently
  • Good organizational skills with ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in English at least B1 level
