We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to represent our Kraków office. You will be the initial contact for clients, guests, and staff, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and smooth office atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees to create a positive first impression
- Manage front desk duties and ensure smooth reception operations
- Handle administrative invoice processing and document management
- Manage postage and shipping tasks efficiently
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee the ticketing system and ensure prompt handling of requests
- Maintain compliance with physical security policies and procedures
- Work with Events & Marketing teams to coordinate events and meetings
- Organize office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with landlords and service providers
- Arrange taxi services and coordinate conference room reservations
- Keep the office stocked with necessary supplies
- Supervise cleaning and security services to maintain safety and cleanliness
