Responsibilities
- Receive and assist clients, guests, and staff ensuring a positive initial experience
- Handle front desk duties and manage reception tasks efficiently
- Process administrative invoices and oversee document workflows
- Manage mailing and shipping requirements
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees
- Maintain the ticketing support platform and ensure timely resolution
- Enforce physical security policies and protocols
- Coordinate with Events & Marketing for organizing meetings and events
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and vendor communications
- Arrange taxi rides and manage conference room scheduling
- Maintain adequate office supply levels
- Supervise cleaning and security services to ensure cleanliness and safety
