Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and employees to ensure a friendly first interaction
  • Coordinate front desk activities and manage reception responsibilities
  • Process administrative invoices and organize document workflows
  • Handle mailing and shipping operations
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Manage the ticket support system for prompt resolution
  • Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Events & Marketing to plan events and meetings
  • Coordinate office upkeep, repairs, and vendor communication
  • Arrange taxi transport and manage conference room bookings
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Oversee cleaning and security service providers
