We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong expertise in web and mobile development to lead our innovative project for a residential home inspection platform.

This role requires an individual adept at navigating project complexities, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software project management, deep knowledge of development processes, and experience working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project lifecycle stages from initiation to closure, guaranteeing delivery against goals on timelines and budgets
  • Devise and manage comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk mitigations
  • Drive team collaboration across multiple disciplines, reinforcing clear communication and aligning objectives
  • Establish routine check-ins to report progress, resolve potential conflicts, and keep all stakeholders informed
  • Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to track project performance and ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards
  • Implement and supervise change management processes to adjust project scope, timelines, and costs as necessary
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to inform necessary business and technical objectives
  • Convert business demands into actionable developer guidelines while ensuring congruency with project goals
  • Analyze existing operations and recommend enhancements aimed to improve efficiency and efficacy
  • Interface with all vested parties to refine and verify project necessities and priorities
  • Deliver expert technical advice and encourage adherence to best practices in web and mobile application development
  • Certify scalability, security, and superior performance in final web and mobile solutions
  • Execute risks identification and strategize proactive measures to mitigate them, securing project progression
  • Oversee quality assurance efforts to ensure project outputs align with initial targets and standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management roles with specific focus on web and mobile development
  • Comprehensive understanding of and capability to oversee full SDLC in Agile environments
  • Expertise in distilling complex business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Proficiency in web and mobile development technologies, including familiarity with frameworks, cloud services (Google Cloud Platform), and APIs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented thinking aptitudes
  • Leadership skills coupled with a cooperative team management style
  • Background in using Java, Spring Boot, Redis, ElasticSearch, Postgres for backend services
  • Knowledge of Flutter for universal application development and Angular as a potential web technology
  • Competency in working with microservices architecture, RESTful and event-based messaging
