Responsibilities
- Lead and guide scrum teams applying Agile methodologies and scrum frameworks
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress
- Identify, communicate, and escalate risks promptly
- Engage actively in daily team and project tasks
- Remove impediments and mentor teams to overcome challenges
- Gather and communicate project and team performance metrics
- Facilitate meetings to maximize their productivity
- Oversee project scope and maintain backlog integrity with product owners
- Manage stakeholder relationships and align expectations
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout project delivery
- Address and resolve conflicts among teams and stakeholders
- Coach scrum teams to elevate Agile maturity levels
- Provide training and coaching to team members as required
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in software development, minimum 7 years
- Proven background as Scrum Master or Project Manager handling multiple teams with complex dependencies
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong sense of responsibility combined with a collaborative attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing environments
- Self-driven and capable of maintaining focus amid distractions
- Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making abilities
- Skill in preventing and resolving conflicts and misunderstandings
- Knowledge of strategies to address gaps in Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience implementing successful Agile techniques
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
