We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist with the technology transition related to onboarding a new facilities management and resiliency services provider.

The ideal candidate will work across a matrix of vendor teams and SMEs to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware in our environment without leading a team. This role involves validating requirements, managing touchpoints, and implementing solutions across employee-facing applications and small business systems.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding of new vendor staff, ensuring successful account creation and setup
  • Coordinate distribution and deployment of supplier laptops
  • Integrate supplier software tools, establish data flows, and conduct testing
  • Manage communications and change processes alongside SMEs
  • Validate requirements and oversee touchpoints between vendor platforms and internal systems
  • Implement new supplier tools and ensure smooth transitions for employee-facing applications
  • Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for supplier tools and troubleshoot integration challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes and align expectations
  • Confirm readiness of supplier platforms by addressing technical tasks per third-party implementation guides
  • Act as a liaison across teams to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and effective project coordination
Requirements
  • 3+ years of working experience with communications management, service desk management, and stakeholder management
  • Expertise in platform and software integrations, including single sign-on (SSO) setup
  • Strong background in technical knowledge to execute implementation plans provided by third parties
  • Familiarity with management tools such as desk reservation software and project management platforms
  • Proficiency in documenting clear processes and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Capability to independently manage projects without direct leadership responsibilities
  • Understanding of working with SMEs on communications and change management
  • Flexibility to operate across a matrix environment that blends various vendor and internal teams

  • Background in Azure DevOps for project tracking and coordination
  • Showcase of skills in project documentation development
  • Familiarity with advanced tools or frameworks to enhance deployment efficiency
