Program Coordinator

Remote in Mexico

We are thrilled to invite a Program Coordinator to become part of our remote team. This critical position requires a strong background in engineering, familiarity with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven history of advancing processes. The selected individual will contribute significantly to enhancing our services and fostering professional development across global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage program initiatives
  • Track adherence to program schedules and capture key milestones
  • Improve interactions among project teams and stakeholders
  • Administer program resources and budgets effectively
  • Develop strategies to enhance program impact and effectiveness
  • Analyze outcomes and propose necessary modifications
  • Facilitate team members' training and professional growth
  • Ensure compliance with organizational norms and industry standards
  • Produce detailed reports on program status and achievements
  • Serve as a point of contact to address program-related issues
Requirements
  • 8+ years of IT experience with a background in software engineering
  • 3+ years managing a team of five or more in leadership or related roles
  • Experience overseeing multiple project stages across no fewer than 2 complete lifecycle projects
  • Participation in at least 5 projects or launching significant products or features to market
  • Knowledge of methods to optimize business processes
  • Competency in analyzing complex data for strategic decision-making
  • Effective communication skills within geographically dispersed and diverse teams
  • Problem-solving aptitude to tackle challenges in project execution
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above

  • Showcase of certifications in project management or related areas
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Capability to mentor, train, and conduct interviews for technical teams to boost their skills and performance
