We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to become part of our forward-thinking team. This critical position calls for a strong background in engineering, a history of working on high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven ability to enhance processes. The selected individual will contribute significantly to improving our services and fostering professional development across our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
- Track progress to ensure alignment with program schedules and key milestones
- Improve communication channels across project teams and primary stakeholders
- Administer and allocate program resources and budgets effectively
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize program effectiveness and outcomes
- Analyze program results and provide recommendations for adjustments
- Facilitate professional growth and training opportunities for team members
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and industry standards
- Produce detailed reports outlining program progress and achievements
- Serve as the main point of contact to resolve program-related issues
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT-related experience, particularly in software engineering
- At least 3 years in a leadership capacity, overseeing a team of five or more, in a managerial or equivalent role
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple project phases across at least two full lifecycle projects
- Participation in at least five projects or experience with launching a major product or product feature to the market
- Deep knowledge of process optimization approaches to enhance business workflows
- Background in analyzing complex data sets to guide strategic decisions
- Proficiency in communicating effectively within diverse, geographically distributed teams
- Skills in solving complex problems to address project challenges
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
- Qualifications in project management or associated disciplines
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience mentoring, training, and interviewing technical team members to improve their competencies and performance
