Program Coordinator

We are actively seeking a Program Coordinator to enhance our remote team. This critical position demands a strong engineering foundation, experience with leading consulting or audit projects, and a demonstrated prowess in process improvement. The ideal candidate will significantly contribute to advancing our services and fostering professional development throughout our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the execution of program initiatives
- Monitor and maintain program timelines and critical milestones
- Strengthen communication between project teams and key stakeholders
- Manage and allocate program resources and budgets effectively
- Formulate and implement strategies to heighten program efficiency and impact
- Evaluate program results and suggest necessary improvements
- Support the professional development and training of team members
- Uphold strict compliance with both organizational standards and industry regulations
- Generate detailed reports on program progress and achievements
- Act as the main point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the program
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of five or more, in a managerial or similar capacity
- Proven track record in managing diverse project phases across at least 2 full lifecycle projects
- Participation in at least 5 projects or experience in launching a product or significant product feature to the market
- Comprehensive understanding of process optimization techniques to enhance business operations
- Proficient in analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decisions
- Strong communication skills in a diverse and distributed team setting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to effectively overcome project challenges
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications in project management or related professional areas
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience in interviewing, mentoring, and coaching technical team members to enhance their capabilities and performance
