We are currently seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to expand our remote team. This pivotal role requires expertise in engineering, a background in consulting or audit projects at advanced levels, and a proven track record of refining processes. The ideal individual will contribute significantly to elevating our services while fostering growth across international operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of program initiatives
Track program schedules and key milestones to ensure adherence
Strengthen communication channels among project teams and key stakeholders
Administer program resources and budgets with optimal allocation
Develop strategies to boost program efficiency and overall impact
Analyze outcomes and implement necessary refinements as needed
Facilitate training and ongoing development of team members
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
Create detailed reports to communicate program status and achievements
Act as the central point for resolving program-specific challenges

Requirements

Solid knowledge of IT processes gained over a minimum of 8 years in software engineering
Leadership background spanning at least 3 years, managing a team of five or more in managerial capacities
Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple project phases through 2 complete lifecycle projects
Participation in 5 or more projects or launching significant market-facing products or features
Understanding of process optimization techniques to refine business workflows
Familiarity with analytical skills in evaluating complex strategic data
Clear communication abilities in diverse, geographically spread team interactions
Proven problem-solving competency for handling project-related challenges
Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Competency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++
Background in interviewing, mentoring, and training technical team members effectively to enhance their capabilities
