We are in search of a Program Coordinator to join our energetic team. This critical position requires a strong background in engineering, expertise in high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven showcase of enhancing processes. The selected candidate will contribute significantly to improving services and advancing professional growth across our international operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
Track adherence to program schedules and key milestones
Improve communication among project teams and key stakeholders
Administer program resources and budgets to maximize efficiency
Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving program effectiveness
Analyze program outcomes and recommend strategic adjustments
Facilitate professional growth and training for team members
Ensure compliance with organizational norms and industry standards
Produce comprehensive reports detailing program status and achievements
Serve as the primary contact for resolving program-related concerns

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on software engineering
3+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams of five or more in managerial or comparable positions
Background in managing various project stages for at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
Involvement in a minimum of 5 projects or experience launching significant products or features to market
Knowledge of process optimization methods for improving business efficiency
Competency in analyzing complex data to make sound strategic decisions
Effective communication within diverse, geographically dispersed team environments
Exceptional problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

Qualifications in project management or related areas of expertise
Skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Understanding of conducting interviews, mentoring, and training for technical team development
