We are in search of a Program Coordinator to join our energetic team. This critical position requires a strong background in engineering, expertise in high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven showcase of enhancing processes. The selected candidate will contribute significantly to improving services and advancing professional growth across our international operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
  • Track adherence to program schedules and key milestones
  • Improve communication among project teams and key stakeholders
  • Administer program resources and budgets to maximize efficiency
  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving program effectiveness
  • Analyze program outcomes and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Facilitate professional growth and training for team members
  • Ensure compliance with organizational norms and industry standards
  • Produce comprehensive reports detailing program status and achievements
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving program-related concerns
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on software engineering
  • 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams of five or more in managerial or comparable positions
  • Background in managing various project stages for at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
  • Involvement in a minimum of 5 projects or experience launching significant products or features to market
  • Knowledge of process optimization methods for improving business efficiency
  • Competency in analyzing complex data to make sound strategic decisions
  • Effective communication within diverse, geographically dispersed team environments
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
  • Qualifications in project management or related areas of expertise
  • Skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Understanding of conducting interviews, mentoring, and training for technical team development
