We are on the lookout for a Program Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This pivotal role demands a strong background in engineering, a history of managing high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven ability to enhance processes. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and important milestones
Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
Administer and distribute program resources and budgets efficiently
Develop and execute strategies to improve program effectiveness and impact
Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
Facilitate the professional growth and training of team members
Ensure strict adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
Produce comprehensive reports on program status and accomplishments
Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns

Requirements

8+ years of IT experience, with a focus on software engineering
3+ years in a leadership role
Background in managing diverse project stages over at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
Showcase of involvement in at least 5 projects or successful product/feature launches
Expertise in process optimization methods to enhance business operations
Proficiency in analyzing complex data to guide strategic decision-making
Competency in clear communication within a multicultural and distributed team
Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher

Nice to have

Background in project management certifications or relevant fields
Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++
Understanding of interview techniques, mentoring, and technical team training for performance improvement
