Our team is looking to bring on board a seasoned Program Coordinator to join our forward-thinking team. This key position requires a strong background in engineering, significant experience with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven history of process improvement. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our services and fostering professional development across our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
- Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and key milestones
- Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
- Administer and distribute program resources and budgets effectively
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance program effectiveness and impact
- Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
- Facilitate the professional growth and training of team members
- Ensure adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
- Produce comprehensive reports on program status and achievements
- Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
- At least 3 years in leadership, managing a team of five or more, in a managerial or equivalent role
- Demonstrated ability to manage various project stages across at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
- Participation in a minimum of 5 projects or experience in launching a major product or product feature to the market
- Knowledge of process optimization methods that enhance business processes
- Skills in analyzing complex data for informed strategic decision-making
- Effective communication competencies within a diverse and geographically distributed team setting
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges
- Excellent communication abilities in spoken and written English (B2+ level)

- Showcase of qualifications in project management or related fields
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Background in conducting interviews, mentoring, and training technical team members to elevate performance and expertise
