Our team is looking to bring on board a seasoned Program Coordinator to join our forward-thinking team. This key position requires a strong background in engineering, significant experience with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven history of process improvement. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our services and fostering professional development across our global operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and key milestones
Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
Administer and distribute program resources and budgets effectively
Develop and execute strategies to enhance program effectiveness and impact
Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
Facilitate the professional growth and training of team members
Ensure adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
Produce comprehensive reports on program status and achievements
Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns

Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
At least 3 years in leadership, managing a team of five or more, in a managerial or equivalent role
Demonstrated ability to manage various project stages across at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
Participation in a minimum of 5 projects or experience in launching a major product or product feature to the market
Knowledge of process optimization methods that enhance business processes
Skills in analyzing complex data for informed strategic decision-making
Effective communication competencies within a diverse and geographically distributed team setting
Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges
Excellent communication abilities in spoken and written English (B2+ level)

Showcase of qualifications in project management or related fields
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Background in conducting interviews, mentoring, and training technical team members to elevate performance and expertise
