We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our remote team. This crucial position requires expertise in engineering, familiarity with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven history in optimizing processes. The selected candidate will contribute significantly to enhancing our services and fostering professional development across our international operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
- Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and important milestones
- Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
- Administer and distribute program resources and budgets efficiently
- Develop and execute strategies to improve program effectiveness and impact
- Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
- Facilitate the professional growth and training of team members
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
- Produce comprehensive reports on program status and accomplishments
- Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT experience, particularly in software engineering
- 3 or more years in a leadership role, overseeing a team of five or more in a managerial or equivalent capacity
- Background in managing various project stages across at least two full lifecycle projects
- Contribution to a minimum of five projects or experience bringing a significant product or feature to market
- Knowledge of process optimization methods to improve business workflows
- Understanding of complex data analysis to guide strategic decisions
- Skills in effective communication within a diverse, geographically distributed team
- Competency in problem-solving to address and overcome project challenges
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

- Showcase of certifications in project management or related disciplines
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++
- Qualifications in conducting interviews, mentoring, and training technical team members to enhance their performance and skillsets
