We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to join our remote team. This essential role requires a solid background in engineering, experience with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven track record in enhancing processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in improving our services and promoting professional growth across our international operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and important milestones
Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
Administer and distribute program resources and budgets efficiently
Develop and execute strategies to improve program effectiveness and impact
Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
Facilitate the professional growth and training of team members
Ensure strict adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
Produce comprehensive reports on program status and accomplishments
Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
At least 3 years in a leadership position, managing a team of five or more, in a managerial or comparable role
Demonstrated experience in managing various project stages across at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
Involvement in a minimum of 5 projects or experience in launching a significant product or product feature to the market
Deep knowledge of process optimization methods to improve business processes
Adept at analyzing complex data to make informed strategic decisions
Effective communication skills within a diverse and geographically dispersed team environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate project obstacles
High level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or above

Nice to have

Certifications in project management or related fields
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience in conducting interviews, mentoring, and training technical team members to improve their skills and performance
