We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to join our remote team. This essential role requires a solid background in engineering, experience with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven track record in enhancing processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in improving our services and promoting professional growth across our international operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
- Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and important milestones
- Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
- Administer and distribute program resources and budgets efficiently
- Develop and execute strategies to improve program effectiveness and impact
- Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
- Facilitate the professional growth and training of team members
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
- Produce comprehensive reports on program status and accomplishments
- Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
- At least 3 years in a leadership position, managing a team of five or more, in a managerial or comparable role
- Demonstrated experience in managing various project stages across at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
- Involvement in a minimum of 5 projects or experience in launching a significant product or product feature to the market
- Deep knowledge of process optimization methods to improve business processes
- Adept at analyzing complex data to make informed strategic decisions
- Effective communication skills within a diverse and geographically dispersed team environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate project obstacles
- High level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or above
Nice to have
- Certifications in project management or related fields
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience in conducting interviews, mentoring, and training technical team members to improve their skills and performance
