Program Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to join our remote team. This essential role requires a solid background in engineering, experience with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven track record in enhancing processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in improving our services and promoting professional growth across our international operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
  • Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and important milestones
  • Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
  • Administer and distribute program resources and budgets efficiently
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve program effectiveness and impact
  • Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
  • Facilitate the professional growth and training of team members
  • Ensure strict adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
  • Produce comprehensive reports on program status and accomplishments
  • Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
  • At least 3 years in a leadership position, managing a team of five or more, in a managerial or comparable role
  • Demonstrated experience in managing various project stages across at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
  • Involvement in a minimum of 5 projects or experience in launching a significant product or product feature to the market
  • Deep knowledge of process optimization methods to improve business processes
  • Adept at analyzing complex data to make informed strategic decisions
  • Effective communication skills within a diverse and geographically dispersed team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate project obstacles
  • High level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or above
Nice to have
  • Certifications in project management or related fields
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience in conducting interviews, mentoring, and training technical team members to improve their skills and performance
