We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team. This crucial role requires a strong background in engineering, a history of involvement with high-level consulting or audit projects, and a proven ability to enhance processes. The selected candidate will contribute to advancing our services and fostering professional development across our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
- Track adherence to program schedules and key milestones
- Improve communication among project teams and essential stakeholders
- Administer program resources and budgets efficiently
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance program effectiveness and impact
- Analyze program outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments
- Facilitate professional growth and training for team members
- Ensure compliance with organizational norms and industry standards
- Produce comprehensive reports on program status and achievements
- Serve as the primary contact to address and resolve program-related concerns
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience, with expertise in software engineering
- 3+ years in a leadership role, managing a team of five or more in a managerial or similar capacity
- Demonstrated qualifications in managing various project stages across at least 2 complete lifecycle projects
- Background in a minimum of 5 projects or launching a significant product or product feature to the market
- Knowledge of process optimization methods aimed at improving business operations
- Skills in analyzing complex data to make sound strategic decisions
- Effective communication within a diverse, globally distributed team environment
- Competency in problem-solving to navigate project challenges
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills

- Showcase of certifications in project management or related disciplines
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++
- Familiarity with conducting interviews, mentoring, and training technical team members to enhance skills and performance
