Responsibilities

Define project goals and prioritize features for Power Platform solutions
Manage integration and connectivity with other systems
Proactively monitor platform performance and optimize resource utilization
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
Plan and coordinate platform updates and upgrades
Evaluate and enhance Power Platform solutions based on user feedback
Provide training resources and conduct training sessions
Encourage collaboration among makers and facilitate knowledge sharing
Establish a user community to promote knowledge sharing and proficiency
Gather and analyze usage data for continuous improvement
Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Troubleshoot integration issues and manage alerts for performance monitoring
Collaborate closely with Power Platform Admin to align technical and business aspects
Document platform updates and maintain compatibility with customizations

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform
Strong integration management skills
Proven requirements analysis skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in project management
Familiarity with data protection regulations
B2+ English proficiency

Nice to have

Certification in Microsoft Power Platform
Experience in Agile methodologies
Familiarity with data integration tools
Knowledge of software development best practices
Experience in user training and support
