We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our team and drive innovative payment solutions within the digital payments landscape. In this role, you will coordinate projects, support daily operations, and align internal teams with client objectives. Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize innovative payment solutions focused on client needs
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to gather and implement product requirements
  • Analyze user data and KPIs to identify opportunities for product performance improvement
  • Manage multiple client programs and projects related to digital payments and financial services
  • Plan projects effectively aligning with business priorities, cost constraints, and timelines
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder communication plans and governance structures
  • Ensure realistic program goals with clear delivery structures and accountability lines
  • Support clients in maintaining high standards of project accounting and financial reporting
  • Evaluate and manage contingency plans, risks, issues, and actions to meet project milestones
  • Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities with clients to expand business levels
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Monitor industry regulations and card scheme operations to maintain compliance
  • Provide strategic insights to support project and product development
  • Facilitate effective escalation processes when required
  • Maintain clear documentation of project progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, ideally with a focus on payment solutions and collaboration with development teams
  • In-depth understanding of payment systems, technologies, and processes (e.g., payment gateways, card solutions, wallets). Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., PSD2) is desirable
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the payments industry is required (e.g., card schemes, transaction processing, issuing/acquiring, and regulations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
  • Ability to accurately collect and analyze data to create sound, data-driven decision-making foundations
  • Ability to present business case requirements, program and project goals, and progress to senior management
  • Experience in managing large-scale software implementation projects is essential, alongside demonstrable experience delivering projects in a technology environment
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm, requiring minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver in a multi-project, matrix-managed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project or program management experience in a client-facing or consulting capacity
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured and organized way
  • Skilled communicator who can simplify complex topics for a range of audiences
  • Fluency in Greek and English
Nice to have
  • Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
