Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Product Owners and Business Analysts in CRM roadmap formulation
- Collaborate with Client stakeholders and internal teams to define business vision and goals
- Prioritize high-level roadmap and align schedules with project teams
- Monitor CRM system performance and user adoption to identify improvements
- Navigate and enable Business Analysts and Development Teams during project execution
- Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on CRM best practices and business impact
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration
- Lead CRM implementation projects as primary contact for stakeholders and project teams
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, and budgets ensuring delivery within scope and budget
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to ensure project success and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2+ years in CRM consulting or Product Owner/Manager roles
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into CRM solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Solid experience working in agile environments
- Experience working in international and multicultural settings
- Proficient English language skills (C1 - Advanced)
