We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead multiple product teams dedicated to enhancing the client onboarding process.
This role involves overseeing the development of efficient workflows, including account opening systems, contact profiles, and online/mobile applications, while leveraging design thinking and agile methodologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver a streamlined, client-focused onboarding experience that supports comprehensive wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of one or more systems, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for internal and external users
- Partner with the Product Manager of Client Onboarding & Accounts Technology to align strategic objectives with execution through a detailed product roadmap
- Manage system plans and documentation, including resource needs, stakeholder requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Build expertise in the Client Onboarding domain and apply product management and design thinking principles to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to attract, develop, and retain high-performing team members, fostering their professional growth and alignment with the product vision
- Lead matrixed product teams by mentoring and influencing team members to achieve product goals and ensure effective collaboration
- Work in coordination with adjacent product teams to maintain consistency and alignment across the broader product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of five or more in roles such as Product Owner, Manager, or Architect
- Experience participating in at least two full project lifecycles or successfully launching a product or key capability to market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in delegating responsibilities and optimizing team performance through effective leadership
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with stakeholders across various departments
- In-depth understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
- Strong sense of ownership and a product-oriented mindset to drive initiatives to completion
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively and build strong client relationships
Nice to have
- Extensive knowledge of financial services practices, particularly related to client onboarding or contact relationship systems
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager to demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional development
