We are actively seeking a motivated People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain and securely store all employee documentation
- Produce and manage a variety of HR documents such as letters, certificates, addendums, and contracts
- Handle the administration of employee leave requests efficiently
- Adhere to all pertinent federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Provide recommendations on best practices for internal policies, labor relations, and HR processes
- Lead and coordinate the audit processes for HR documentation
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or related administrative roles, with a focus on managing employee documentation
- Proven ability to update and secure employee files, ensuring compliance with standards
- Knowledgeable about HR practices across the employee lifecycle
- Understanding of and commitment to adherence to local employment laws
- Proficient in managing HR documents including salary letters, addendum agreements, and contract termination notices
- Able to effectively organize HR events and meetings, possessing strong interpersonal skills such as empathy, public speaking, and clear communication
- Proficient in English at a B1 level or higher for handling written communication and documentation
- Experienced in providing guidance on internal HR policies, labor relations, and enhancing procedural efficiencies
- Exceptional ability to multitask with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
