We are in search of a dedicated People Operations Specialist to become a part of our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate maintenance and secure storage of employee documentation within their files
- Generate and oversee various HR documents including letters, certificates, addendums, and agreements
- Manage the administration of employee leave requests
- Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Offer guidance on optimal practices concerning internal policies, labor relations, and HR procedures
- Facilitate and manage the auditing processes for HR documentation
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles, particularly in managing employee documentation
- Demonstrated capability to keep employee files updated and secure, adhering to compliance standards
- Well-versed in HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of local employment laws with a commitment to regulatory compliance
- Skilled in handling HR documents such as salary letters, addendum agreements, and notifications of contract termination
- Competent in facilitating HR events and meetings, with excellent interpersonal abilities including empathy, public speaking, and effective communication
- English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher for managing written communication and documentation
- Skilled in advising on internal HR policies, labor relations, and process improvements
- Excellent multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
