We are in search of a dedicated People Operations Specialist to become a part of our vibrant team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies and practices that contribute positively to our company's culture and the overall experience of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and secure storage of employee documentation within their files
  • Generate and oversee various HR documents including letters, certificates, addendums, and agreements
  • Manage the administration of employee leave requests
  • Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Offer guidance on optimal practices concerning internal policies, labor relations, and HR procedures
  • Facilitate and manage the auditing processes for HR documentation
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles, particularly in managing employee documentation
  • Demonstrated capability to keep employee files updated and secure, adhering to compliance standards
  • Well-versed in HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Knowledge of local employment laws with a commitment to regulatory compliance
  • Skilled in handling HR documents such as salary letters, addendum agreements, and notifications of contract termination
  • Competent in facilitating HR events and meetings, with excellent interpersonal abilities including empathy, public speaking, and effective communication
  • English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher for managing written communication and documentation
  • Skilled in advising on internal HR policies, labor relations, and process improvements
  • Excellent multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
