Responsibilities
- Precisely maintain and ensure secure storage of all employee documentation
- Develop and oversee various HR documents including letters, certificates, addendums, and contracts
- Efficiently manage the administration of employee leaves
- Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Advise on best practices for internal policies, labor relations, and HR processes
- Direct and oversee the auditing processes for HR documentation
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative capacity, specifically in managing employee documentation
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and secure employee files, complying with regulatory standards
- Well-acquainted with HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle
- Dedicated to understanding and adhering to local employment laws
- Adept at creating and handling HR documents such as salary letters, addendum agreements, and termination notifications
- Capable of effectively organizing HR events and meetings, with excellent interpersonal skills including empathy, public speaking, and clear communication
- Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher, necessary for managing written communication and documentation
- Experienced in offering insights on internal HR policies, labor relations, and process improvements
- Outstanding multitasking skills, with robust organizational abilities and a sharp eye for detail
