We are looking for a Middle Support Specialist to join our Warsaw-based team and provide crucial IT support to employees. Responsibilities
- Deliver IT assistance onsite and remotely to end users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and scanners
- Maintain communication with network engineers and service providers
- Support meeting room technology and equipment
- Ensure compliance with ticket response times and SLAs
- Install and fix software-related issues
- Manage and resolve incident tickets promptly
- Maintain server room infrastructure
- Handle IT equipment cabling and organization
- Follow IT work instructions and procedures
- Keep hardware inventory updated and accurate
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Friendly demeanor with eagerness to support employees
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Motivated to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Follow supervisory guidance
- Meet deadlines reliably
- Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience using HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar ITSM tools
- Knowledge of IT security principles
- Fluent Polish speaker
- Experience with MacOS and Linux
