Middle Support Specialist for IT Team in Warsaw

We are looking for a Middle Support Specialist to join our Warsaw-based team and provide crucial IT support to employees. Responsibilities
  • Deliver IT assistance onsite and remotely to end users
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and scanners
  • Maintain communication with network engineers and service providers
  • Support meeting room technology and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with ticket response times and SLAs
  • Install and fix software-related issues
  • Manage and resolve incident tickets promptly
  • Maintain server room infrastructure
  • Handle IT equipment cabling and organization
  • Follow IT work instructions and procedures
  • Keep hardware inventory updated and accurate
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
  • Friendly demeanor with eagerness to support employees
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Follow supervisory guidance
  • Meet deadlines reliably
  • Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience using HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of IT security principles
  • Fluent Polish speaker
  • Experience with MacOS and Linux
