Middle Support Specialist for IT Support in Warsaw

We are searching for a Middle Support Specialist to join our Warsaw-based team providing key IT support to our employees. The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining service levels in a vibrant work atmosphere. Join us to enhance our IT support capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist end users onsite and remotely with IT problems
  • Install, configure, and repair computer hardware, printers, and scanners
  • Coordinate with service providers and network engineers
  • Support and maintain meeting room technology
  • Meet ticket response deadlines and SLAs
  • Install and troubleshoot software applications
  • Manage incident tickets and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain server room operations
  • Handle IT equipment cabling and organization
  • Follow IT work protocols and instructions
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory records
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles
  • Strong knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
  • Friendly and helpful attitude towards employees
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to challenges
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Follow supervisors' guidance
  • Capable of meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar IT service tools
  • Knowledge of IT security basics
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Experience with MacOS and Linux systems
