Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable serverless applications using Python in AWS
- Develop and integrate APIs to support healthcare data exchange
- Write modular, referenceable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum or Kanban ceremonies
- Monitor data quality and implement solutions to prevent business impact
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Champion innovative ideas and improvements in development practices
- Automate workflows and processes where appropriate
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Adopt Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Maintain strong communication with team members and clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Python development
- Experience with object-oriented languages such as Java, C, C++, or Scala
- Scripting experience, including JavaScript or similar languages
- SQL database experience
- Experience with AWS services in a serverless environment
- Proficiency in API development and integration
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the Git version control system
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), Jenkins knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Business-minded with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Quality-focused with attention to code and data integrity
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Experience with healthcare information domains
- Knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines
