Middle Java Developer
We are seeking a talented Middle Java Developer to join our remote team and contribute to our exciting project. You will be working with Java 8 and utilizing its extensive asynchronous processing capabilities. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the middle-layer of our application, utilizing Spring Boot and the Spring Reactive Web Stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the middle-layer of our application using Spring Boot and the Spring Reactive Web Stack
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and functionality
- Utilize Amazon Web Services to deploy and maintain our application
- Write clean and maintainable code that conforms to industry standards
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our development practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java development
- Proficiency in Java 8
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Competence in Node.js
- Expertise in Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of asynchronous processing capabilities
- Experience with Spring Reactive Web Stack, including WebFlux and core Reactor libs
- Experience with Junit 5, Mockito and Spring Cloud Contract
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
