Middle Java Developer
We are currently seeking a skilled Middle Java Developer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge non-qualified mortgage broker control panel. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing the back-end of the system, connecting to third-party services, and ensuring the system's overall reliability and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and QA teams. Responsibilities
- Develop the back-end of the non-qualified mortgage broker control panel, ensuring reliability and functionality
- Connect to third-party services to provide access to critical components of the system
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software solutions
- Develop user stories from product backlogs
- Perform code reviews and be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Be instrumental in developing the Product 2.0 architecture
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, demonstrating your expertise in developing high-quality software solutions
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST API, JavaScript, and Amazon Web Services, enabling you to create reliable and scalable software solutions
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, showcasing your ability to develop user-friendly and intuitive front-end solutions
- Strong experience in developing back-end solutions, including Kubernetes, Docker, and EventBridge
- Experience in developing user stories from product backlogs
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on teamwork, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience in developing solutions using Lambda, JPA - Postgres, TypeScript, Styled-components, Redux, Redux Toolkit, Webpack, Jest, and Storybook
- Experience in the mortgage landing domain and familiarity with client environment challenges
