Middle IT Support Specialist - Warsaw Location

We are seeking a Middle IT Support Specialist to join our Warsaw office and provide essential technical support to our employees. Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to users both onsite and remotely
  • Install, set up, and troubleshoot hardware including computers, printers, and scanners
  • Communicate with service providers and network engineers effectively
  • Maintain and support meeting room technology systems
  • Ensure adherence to ticket response times and SLAs
  • Install and troubleshoot software programs
  • Manage incident tickets and resolve issues swiftly
  • Oversee maintenance of server room facilities
  • Organize and manage IT cabling
  • Adhere to all IT-related instructions and protocols
  • Update and maintain hardware inventory documentation
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Good grasp of basic networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft OS troubleshooting
  • Approachable and eager to assist employees
  • Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Keen to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to handle pressure effectively
  • Follow instructions provided by supervisors
  • Meet deadlines consistently
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
Nice to have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas
  • Familiarity with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar ITSM platforms
  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals
  • Native or fluent Polish speaker
  • Experience with MacOS and Linux systems
