We are in search of a talented Middle Golang Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Golang and a good track record of supporting development teams and interacting with internal organizational stakeholders. This role involves participating in technical decision-making processes and managing features from coding to deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Support a team of developers in building high-quality software solutions using Golang
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collect requirements, ensuring comprehension and agreement with business objectives
  • Participate in the technical decision-making process, aiding in reaching efficient solutions
  • Adhere to coding, testing, and maintenance best practices within the team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Golang Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Golang programming and its relevant frameworks
  • Experience with SQL, Kafka and Microservices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively engage with various internal stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills to recognize and tackle challenges independently
  • Time management skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines independently
  • Adaptability for swiftly adopting new technologies and methods as project requirements change, with a proactive attitude toward improvement and process optimization
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively interact with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders
