We are seeking a skilled and experienced Middle GCP Engineer to support different activities as part of the Client's team, a Cloud transformation project with GCP in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate should have decent knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Eng GCP Networking, CI/CD, GitHub, Google Kubernetes Engine, Identity and Access Management, Istio, Terraform, Cloud Security Concepts, Confluence, DNS, Firewalls, GCP Hybrid and Multi-cloud, JFrog Artifactory, and Jira. The candidate should have an Upper-Intermediate English level and good verbal and written communication skills. The Middle GCP Engineer should have A2 level experience and preferably worked in financial services before.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using IaC approach on GCP
- Create CI/CD pipelines and automation with cloud-specific deployment models using GitHub Actions
- Analyze and improve existing systems, services, and infrastructure
- Develop and integrate new functionality in close collaboration with the development team from the Client's side
- Follow standards, best practices, and guides
- Communicate with the customer on a daily basis
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Eng GCP Networking, CI/CD, GitHub, Google Kubernetes Engine, Identity and Access Management, Istio, Terraform, Cloud Security Concepts, Confluence, DNS, Firewalls, GCP Hybrid and Multi-cloud, JFrog Artifactory, and Jira.
- Familiar with GCP hands-on complex networking and IAM roles
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)

- Processes for support in Enterprise (complexity, different entities under different regulation, policies, segregation of duties, responsiveness, unclear/changing RACIs etc.)
