This role involves collaborating closely across teams and regions to create intuitive product discovery and effective merchandising for buyers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Refine business requirements for product enhancements
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable product solutions
- Develop unit, automation, and integration tests to verify the quality of features
- Collaborate with various teams across organizational and geographical boundaries
- Participate in design and code review sessions to maintain code and design quality
- Continuously seek new skills to improve both personal and team performance
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise web applications primarily using Java
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as JavaScript and React; familiarity with Node.js is also crucial
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
- Competency in supporting application infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Understanding of engineering principles to optimize existing systems including leading defined projects
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills
