Middle C++ Developer

C++, C++ STL Containers, iterators, algorithms, Microsoft Azure, Azure Databases, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Service Bus, Elasticsearch, Python, REST, SOAP, Scrum, T-SQL

We are looking for a Middle C++ Developer to join our team and contribute to the migration of a DSS product to Azure in the FinTech domain. This role offers an opportunity to work on performance optimization, debugging, and feature implementation while collaborating closely with a small, agile team. You will play a key role in maintaining code quality and ensuring system stability in a cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, debug, and optimize C++ applications to enhance system stability and performance
  • Implement new functionalities and improvements in a cloud-based DSS product
  • Ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability for long-term scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, contributing to system reliability
  • Work closely with a small, agile team for fast decision-making and effective collaboration
  • Participate in meetings with client managers and development teams to align project goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in C++ development, including analysis, design, and implementation
  • 2+ years of experience on Linux/Unix platforms
  • Basic experience with Azure services 
  • Experience developing applications with enterprise bus (e.g., ActiveMQ)
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP services and JSON data structures
  • Practical experience in Python development
  • Experience working in Agile teams, following SCRUM or SAFe methodologies
  • Knowledge of multithreaded/multiprocess development
  • Familiarity with SQL Server development, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
  • Hands-on experience with Git or Mercurial
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud Design Patterns
  • Experience using SSH for secure remote operations
  • B2+ English level for effective communication in an international team
