You will pick up 'ready to test' stories, perform manual testing, and expand our automation test suite. Apply your expertise to help deliver robust, high-quality software for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Pick up 'ready to test' stories from the project board
- Perform manual testing to validate functionality
- Add test cases to the existing automation test suite
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript
- Execute parallel and API tests to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve issues
- Communicate test results and defects clearly to the development team
- Follow test design principles and methodologies
- Adapt to fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in test automation
- Experience in test automation using Playwright with TypeScript
- Proven experience with parallel testing and API testing
- Excellent understanding of test design principles and methodologies
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent work ethics and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
Nice to have
- Proficient in CSS and effective at locating web elements
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline and CI/CD practices
- Experience with Cypress.io
- Proficiency in Java
