Middle Automation Tester in Java

We are seeking a dedicated Middle Automation Tester with a strong background in Java to join our energetic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our extensive automation test suites, with the goal of improving software quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Refactor and optimize approximately 4000 existing test automation scripts
  • Develop new automation test cases using Java
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test requirements
  • Configure and manage testing environments using Jenkins and Bitbucket
  • Implement and maintain Selenium-based tests to ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Utilize Cucumber for behavior-driven development to enhance testing clarity and effectiveness
  • Analyze test results and report findings to the development team
  • Track and document bugs and other testing outcomes
  • Ensure that all tests adhere to best practices and meet our quality standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay current with new testing tools and strategies to improve test workflows
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in test automation
  • Proficiency in Java and automation frameworks such as Selenium
  • Understanding of BDD tools like Cucumber
  • Background in CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and Bitbucket
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • B2 level English skills or higher
