Middle 3rd Line Software Maintenance Engineer with MuleSoft

We are seeking a highly capable Middle 3rd Line Software Maintenance Engineer with specialized expertise in MuleSoft.

The selected candidate will be integral in providing top-tier support and maintaining robust software systems built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. In addition to addressing support and maintenance tasks, the successful candidate may also assist the development team with various development activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective 3rd line support to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues leveraging MuleSoft technology
  • Maintain and enhance the functionality of existing software applications
  • Engage in customer interviews to accurately gather requirements
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss and plan solution delivery and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of system improvements
  • Ensure high standards of code quality through rigorous testing and debugging
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in MuleSoft technology and broader industry developments
  • Assist the development team with coding and other development tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar 3rd line support role with a background in software maintenance
  • Proven expertise in MuleSoft and familiarity with Anypoint Platform
  • Strong command of the English language, minimum B2 level proficiency
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and issue resolution within software systems
  • Background in maintaining and enhancing functionality of software applications
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a team
  • Competency to manage work independently in a remote setting
