We are seeking a remote Middle 2nd Line / Environments Support Engineer to provide technical and developer support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions, and APIs. This role requires extensive experience and technical knowledge in networking, Linux, and GCP Networking. You will work closely with the global 24x5-support organization in providing technical assistance and support to customers while following notification and escalation procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers to enhance the product and ensure our customers' success through change requests and incident ticket handling.
