Marketing Operations Specialist

We are actively seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to advance our Talent Acquisition strategies with innovative recruitment marketing techniques. This position involves a close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance marketing campaigns, boost candidate engagement, and leverage digital marketing and AI tools to attract elite talent. Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute email campaigns, multi-channel promotional campaigns, referral campaigns, and events aligned with recruitment objectives
  • Identify and partner with tools and vendors that align with our marketing goals
  • Formulate detailed requirements for the product team to boost marketing efficiency and improve candidate pre-screening processes
  • Utilize internal recruitment tools to effectively segment candidates for streamlined recruitment processing
  • Create and manage automated email flows to pre-screen candidates according to company needs
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create appealing job descriptions and content that attract exceptional talent and enhance their experience
  • Explore and leverage AI-driven automation and optimization opportunities in recruitment marketing
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, define success metrics, and formulate KPIs
  • Serve as the intermediary among technical, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure effective AI integration
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, recruitment marketing, or employer branding
  • High proficiency in English, with superior writing and communication skills at a B2 level or above
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledgeable in content marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising
  • Strong writing capabilities
  • Adept at data analysis using tools like Excel and Power BI
  • Comprehensive understanding of candidate personas, recruitment funnels, and employer branding strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional setting
