Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our Talent Acquisition strategies through innovative recruitment marketing. This role focuses on collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize marketing campaigns, improve candidate engagement, and harness digital marketing and AI tools to attract premier talent. Responsibilities
- Coordinate email campaigns, multi-channel promotional campaigns, referral campaigns, and events to support recruitment objectives
- Identify and engage with tools and vendors that align with our marketing goals
- Prepare detailed requirements for the product team to increase the efficiency of marketing and candidate pre-screening processes
- Utilize internal recruitment tools to segment candidates effectively for recruitment processing
- Implement automated email flows to pre-screen candidates according to business needs
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to craft compelling job descriptions and content that attract top talent and enhance their candidate journey
- Explore opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization in recruitment marketing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish AI use cases, define success metrics, and set KPIs
- Serve as the liaison among technical, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, recruitment marketing, or employer branding
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, with strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledgeable in content marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising
- Strong writing abilities
- Skilled in data analysis with tools like Excel and Power BI
- Understanding of candidate personas, recruitment funnels, and employer branding strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively cross-functionally
