We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software systems.

This role requires a professional with strong functional testing expertise, capable of working independently and managing testing processes end to end. You will collaborate closely with business analysts to interpret testing requirements and ensure that acceptance criteria are actionable and precise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Review business requirements to ensure acceptance criteria are clear and ready for testing
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for manual testing activities
Perform functional, GUI, and regression testing to validate both front-end and back-end systems
Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers to resolve them efficiently
Ensure that new features and fixes meet both technical and business requirements
Provide regular updates on testing progress and communicate risks or challenges as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing goals and objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
Hands-on experience conducting GUI testing
Proficiency in performing regression testing to ensure system stability
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React
Knowledge of back-end systems built on .NET technologies
Experience working with Azure PaaS solutions
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Experience in creating and managing detailed test cases for complex systems
Knowledge of API testing and web service testing methodologies
Familiarity with API testing tools and frameworks
