We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead our team in building AI-powered solutions that create significant business value.

This position includes overseeing the development and deployment of scalable AI infrastructure while driving collaboration across teams in product, design, and data to achieve tangible results.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy AI and ML systems to ensure scalability and operational efficiency
  • Integrate AI infrastructure tools, including vector databases, model orchestration systems, and inference frameworks
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data science teams to implement effective AI-powered solutions
  • Develop enterprise-grade ML platforms that handle both structured and unstructured datasets
  • Manage comprehensive product data pipelines, taxonomies, and schemas tailored to business use cases such as e-commerce
  • Implement modern MLOps practices to optimize model development, deployment, and monitoring
  • Introduce LLMs and GenAI technologies for addressing complex business problems
  • Define API architectures to enable seamless interaction between AI systems and other platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with trends like RAG pipelines, multimodal LLMs, and prompt orchestration to sustain technical innovation
  • Cultivate a team environment centered on collaboration, creativity, and outcome-focused decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years with Python, alongside proficiency in server-side technologies like GoLang and PHP
  • Strong foundation in SQL and in-memory storage, combined with a background in AI/ML systems architecture and production deployments
  • Proficiency in deploying LLMs and GenAI technologies at scale
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and competency in modern MLOps tools
  • Deep understanding of API architecture with familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment between technical, product, and design priorities
  • Background in designing scalable, cost-efficient AI platforms focused on producing measurable outcomes
  • Knowledge of product data systems, including schemas, pipelines, and taxonomies for e-commerce applications
Nice to have
  • Understanding of advanced AI infrastructure tools such as vector databases and cloud-native ML workflows
  • Proficiency in model orchestration tools for building robust, scalable AI systems
  • Capability to leverage AI for processing both structured and unstructured enterprise data
  • Familiarity with implementing RAG pipelines, multimodal LLMs, or advanced prompt orchestration strategies
