We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in developing robust data assets and laying the groundwork for scalable machine learning systems.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to clean legacy data assets, build foundational systems, and implement MLOps frameworks in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement GCP Type 2 MLOps platforms to automate processes such as experimentation, model training pipelines, and deployment
  • Collaborate with teams to design and maintain scalable data infrastructure in a cloud environment
  • Work with large-scale datasets to clean, transform, and optimize them for machine learning workflows
  • Build, monitor, and refine systems to enhance data quality and accessibility across projects
  • Utilize SQL for complex data manipulation, querying, and transformation to support multiple use cases
  • Apply programming expertise in Python to develop tools and scripts for data processing and integration
  • Ensure seamless integration between components such as BigQuery, Vertex AI Platform, and third-party tools
  • Communicate effectively within distributed teams to align goals and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • 2+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in machine learning engineering
  • Robust understanding of MLOps frameworks, tools, and workflows
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform technologies including BigQuery, Vertex AI Platform, Dataform, or Dataplex, with flexibility to work on Amazon Cloud or Azure tools if needed
  • Expertise in SQL for transforming and querying datasets efficiently
  • Solid skills in programming languages such as Python for data integration and system development
  • Background in managing large-scale datasets and cloud-based environments to optimize workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Dataform and Google Dataplex for advanced data management capabilities
  • Qualifications in Google Cloud BigQuery for streamlining data processes
  • Showcase of using Python for complex data integration tasks
