Lead Web Analyst (Adobe-oriented)

We are seeking a remote Lead Web Analyst (Adobe-oriented) to join our team. Your primary focus will be on the preparation of measurement strategy, setting up user behavior tracking, and designing complex end-to-end analytics pipelines covering web analytics, advertising, and CRM systems. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in a variety of Adobe web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch.

You will be responsible for providing data-based recommendations on how to improve clients’ online strategy, conducting deep-dive research on all areas of customers’ online strategy, and building insightful automated dashboards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare measurement strategy and collaborate with product ownership team on the definition of product success KPIs
  • Design complex end-to-end analytics pipelines covering both web analytics, advertising, and CRM systems
  • Set up user behavior tracking while applying enough creativity to find the best methods of data capturing strategy development and implementation; business requirement collection for tracking and providing it to development team
  • Conduct deep-dive research on all areas of customers’ online strategy
  • Build insightful automated dashboards
  • Make data-based recommendations on how to improve clients’ online strategy
  • Manage and support the team of specialists
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
  • 5+ years of Web Analytics experience
  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
  • Vast experience in a variety of Adobe web analytics tools (audit, setup, reporting, working with API): Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch
  • Experience in implementing tags using tag management systems (including writing custom tags on JavaScript & jQuery)
  • Experience in creating and explaining dashboard reports, using data visualization tools
  • Statistical and analytical skills with an ability to spot any issues or trends in data
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics project documentation development and maintenance
  • Experience in EDW, like BigQuery/Amazon Redshift/Snowflake, SQL knowledge
  • Python/R proficiency
  • Communication skills, ability to explain analytical things for non-technical stakeholder
  • B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
  • Additional experience in online marketing or product analytics would be a plus
