We are looking to add a skilled Lead Web Analyst to our team.
The preferred candidate will have extensive knowledge of Adobe platforms and web technologies and oversee web analytics implementations, integrations, and strategies to facilitate data-driven decisions and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Customize and set up Adobe Analytics to obtain effective tracking and insights
- Coordinate the implementation of Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics
- Link Adobe tools to other third-party platforms as needed
- Monitor user interactions and custom events on AEM templates
- Streamline content workflows effectively using Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Test and assure the quality of analytics implementations
- Adjust tracking setups to optimize performance
- Document configurations and setups comprehensively and clearly
- Offer training and support for internal teams on Adobe analytics tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, and Adobe JO implementation and reporting
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and other web technologies
- Skilled in third-party platform integrations
- Knowledgeable about Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing
- Experience with Adobe Launch for tag management
- Familiar with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for site and asset management
- Capable of managing content workflows with Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Proven experience managing large-scale website migrations to Adobe Cloud
- Skilled in consolidating multiple domains into a single domain
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Capable of training and supporting internal teams on new technologies
Nice to have
- Certifications in Adobe Analytics or other Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Previous role as a senior analyst managing complex web ecosystems
