We are searching for a Lead UX Designer with strong problem-solving abilities, systems thinking that helps define UX strategies that connects user journeys across contexts, business goals, user needs, and technical constraints (or enablement). In this role, you will work across a range of cross industry projects, from concept to execution, collaborating closely with clients, creatives, delivery managers and developers. You will be able to communicate your UX strategy and concepts to clients through great storytelling, research and business understanding. Your interaction design and visual literacy, understanding of global design standards, and commitment to user-centered design will make all the difference for the brands we work for.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and managers worldwide to gather requirements, build strong relationships, and align on goals
- Plan and execute discovery phases, ensuring all stakeholders are actively involved in shaping concepts
- Conduct user research as needed, utilizing data and insights to support design decisions
- Create and refine design concepts, iterating until they achieve the highest quality
- Present ideas and design proposals to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback and influencing decisions
- Design for both User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI), focusing on complete user journeys, not just individual screens
- Implement a transparent and structured design process to ensure clarity and consistency across the project
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation while maintaining design quality
- Build and maintain design systems as a single source of truth, supplemented with comprehensive documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design solutions with business goals and user needs
- Support client workshops, helping transform complex ideas into clear narratives backed by research, strategy, and storytelling (facilitation and conducting identified as valuable skills)
- Create prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
- Mentor junior designers by offering constructive feedback and fostering collaboration
- Participate in industry events and conferences as a listener and/or speaker
- Explore and experiment with AI tools and motion UI concepts to elevate design quality and interactivity
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in design (agency or enterprise), with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates your process, impact, and final outcomes
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, design systems, and interaction patterns
- Ability to connect the dots across user journeys, information architecture, and product ecosystems
- Capability to gather requirements beyond kickoff meetings by conducting discovery, user research, and data analysis
- Ability to clearly present and explain complex concepts to clients and teams
- Advanced Figma skills, plus knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
- Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams while managing expectations
- Strong organizational skills to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and open to new ideas (ego-free approach)
- Awareness of AI trends and their application to design
- English B2+ (fluent enough to minimize misalignment with global clients)

- Practical experience creating AI-powered user experiences (e.g., co-pilots, AI-driven flows)
- Interest in Generative AI and emerging tech
- Skills outside your core specialty that make you more T-shaped (e.g., strategy, coding, motion design)
