We are recruiting a Lead UX Designer to guide the creation of user-focused, innovative designs for our internal (Gen)AI platform and AI-centric UI patterns.
As part of a global team spanning Central Europe, South America, and North America, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces aligned with product goals
- Integrate user research insights into effective design solutions
- Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility
- Apply user-centered design principles to accessibility and responsive projects
- Recommend and implement iterative improvements using feedback and analytics
- Promote user-focused thinking and champion UX best practices throughout the team
- Research industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance design workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as User Experience Design or Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects
- Proficiency in Figma for creating prototypes and detailed designs
- Knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, and accessibility guidelines
- Competency in interpreting research data and explaining detailed concepts to cross-functional teams
- Experience with scalable, responsive designs optimized for multiple devices
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills to present and negotiate ideas effectively
- Familiarity with managing collaboration across different time zones
Nice to have
- Expertise in designing AI-integrated applications, particularly B2B platforms
- Background in accessibility-first design and adherence to accessibility standards
- Understanding of front-end development tools and technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Skills in fostering partnerships within globally distributed, culturally diverse teams
- Passion for continuously exploring emerging design trends, tools, and advancements
