We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UX Designer to take the helm of our UX design efforts.

In this key role, you'll lead a team dedicated to improving the user experience of our Salesforce support system. Your expertise in UX design will be instrumental in delivering intuitive, visually appealing designs that meet the specific needs of our users.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX design initiatives for the project
  • Collaborate with team members to understand user requirements and craft intuitive, visually engaging designs
  • Enhance and refine the UX of the Salesforce support system by analyzing user feedback and conducting research
  • Develop wireframes, create prototypes, and design user interfaces to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Partner with developers and stakeholders to guide the successful implementation of UX designs
  • Manage usability testing sessions, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience
  • Remain informed on UX design trends and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in UX design or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in UX design with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Figma, UX prototyping, and wireframing
  • Competency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce UI/UX
  • Showcase of effective design processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills in addressing user needs and system improvements
  • Fluent English communication skills at a С1 level
Nice to have
  • Background in Design Systems
  • Familiarity with User Interface Design
  • Understanding of Salesforce beyond basic UX considerations
