Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs and partner requirements
- Rapidly develop and test design prototypes with users to ensure relevance and usability
- Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specs for the implementation teams
- Actively seek feedback from senior designers to refine and improve design solutions
- Maintain high software quality by upholding our established design standards
- Collaborate with the UX team to enhance and develop best practices
- Work independently and effectively, with a proactive and positive attitude
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, focusing on software and digital product development
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, design, or a related field
- Strong user research skills and the ability to deeply understand user requirements
- Proven expertise in interaction design, including detailed wireframes and prototyping
- Ability to balance and integrate diverse user needs into cohesive design solutions
- Skilled in working with product and engineering teams to bring designs to fruition
