Responsibilities

Understand business cases for APIs available for external consumption
Write content that appeals to potential clients
Review and rewrite existing content in collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders
Ensure clarity and accuracy of API documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information
Develop content strategies that align with sales objectives
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends
Create and maintain a consistent content style guide
Implement feedback from stakeholders to enhance content quality
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Support marketing efforts through compelling content creation

Requirements

5+ years of experience in writing technical documentation
Proven experience in content creation for sales and marketing
Demonstrated expertise in writing API documentation
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager
Familiarity with SEO content design principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in English with strong writing skills

Nice to have

Understanding of user experience design
Familiarity with content management systems
Experience with analytics tools for content performance
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
