Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules spanning ITAM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM
- Create and sustain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and system integrations
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives, scalability, and compliance standards
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive CMDB with dependable configuration item relationships
- Deploy discovery, data normalization, and reconciliation techniques
- Configure ITAM workflows to maximize asset utilization and ensure compliance
- Support APM functions to map applications and oversee technology lifecycles
- Enhance ITSM workflows to boost operational effectiveness
- Develop automation and self-service features to improve service delivery
- Integrate ITSM with ITAM, APM, and CMDB data for holistic visibility
- Document ServiceNow solutions thoroughly including designs and standard operating procedures
- Engage in platform roadmap development, system upgrades, and release coordination
- Identify and implement performance enhancements and innovative solutions
- Mentor junior developers and administrators on technical matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of practical ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Demonstrated expertise in at least three areas: ITAM, APM, CMDB, ITSM
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and scripting using JavaScript and Glide API
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and REST/SOAP API integrations
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT Asset and Service Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead technical projects
- Commitment to platform governance, data integrity, and continual improvement
- Collaborative team player focused on knowledge sharing
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
- Implementation Specialist certifications such as CIS – ITAM, CIS – APM, CIS – CMDB, CIS – ITSM
- Experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Knowledge of data modeling, CMDB governance frameworks, and business capability mapping
